Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cleaner Hub, an iPhone application provided by RKM Labs Ltd. By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using Cleaner Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Cleaner Hub is a product of RKM Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16685514. Our registered office is Office 14246, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
2. What Cleaner Hub does
Cleaner Hub helps users review storage-heavy content on iPhone, including duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots, large videos, and duplicate or similar contact entries. Cleaner Hub provides review, organisation, deletion, compression, and merge tools. You remain in control of every action you choose to take.
Cleaner Hub does not guarantee that every duplicate, similar item, large file, or contact issue will be detected. Results are suggestions based on available device data and app logic, and you should review all items before confirming any cleanup action.
3. Paid subscription and three-day trial
Cleaner Hub is a paid subscription product. We do not offer a permanent free version of the app. Where shown in the App Store purchase sheet, Cleaner Hub may include a three-day introductory trial before the paid subscription begins.
- The three-day trial is the only trial period offered for Cleaner Hub unless Apple or the App Store purchase sheet states otherwise.
- After the three-day trial, the subscription renews as a paid subscription unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Subscriptions, billing periods, renewal dates, prices, currency, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase.
- To avoid renewal, cancel through iOS Settings or your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by Apple.
- RKM Labs Ltd does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank details, or Apple ID payment credentials.
4. App Store terms also apply
Cleaner Hub is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download, subscription, cancellation, refund request, and purchase restoration are also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and Apple ID rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's rules for payment processing, Apple's rules control the payment process.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must use Cleaner Hub only on devices you own or are authorised to use.
- You are responsible for reviewing all photos, videos, screenshots, and contacts before deleting, compressing, or merging them.
- You should maintain backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and device data.
- You must not misuse Cleaner Hub, interfere with the app, attempt to bypass subscription checks, reverse engineer the app except where lawfully permitted, or redistribute it without permission.
6. Deleting photos and videos
When you choose to delete photos or videos through Cleaner Hub, iOS may move those items to the Apple Photos Recently Deleted album instead of immediately erasing them. Apple controls how long items remain recoverable and when they are permanently removed. Cleaner Hub cannot override Apple Photos behaviour.
7. Video compression and contact merging
Video compression may create a smaller version of a video and may reduce quality, resolution, bitrate, metadata, or file size depending on the settings and iOS processing available on your device. Review compressed results before removing originals.
Contact merging changes your address book and may sync through iCloud or other connected account providers. Review merge previews carefully before confirming a merge.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cleaner Hub at any time. Features may vary by iOS version, device capability, App Store availability, subscription status, permission settings, and Apple system limitations.
9. Intellectual property
Cleaner Hub, including its app design, software, branding, text, graphics, icons, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to RKM Labs Ltd. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
10. Disclaimers
Cleaner Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to identify every item that may be cleaned.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKM Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of photos or videos, loss of contacts, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. Our total liability for claims relating to Cleaner Hub is limited to the amount you paid for Cleaner Hub during the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you live in a country or region with mandatory consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law allows you to bring a claim in your country or region of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Cleaner Hub after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
