This Privacy Policy explains how RKM Labs Ltd handles information in connection with Cleaner Hub. Cleaner Hub is designed as an on-device iPhone storage-cleaner app: it helps you review photos, videos, screenshots, and contacts without uploading your personal media or address book to RKM Labs Ltd servers.
1. Who we are
Cleaner Hub is operated by RKM Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16685514. Our registered office is Office 14246, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
In this Policy, "Cleaner Hub", "we", "us", and "our" refer to RKM Labs Ltd. "You" refers to the person using the Cleaner Hub app or website.
2. Summary
- Cleaner Hub does not upload your photos, videos, screenshots, or contacts to RKM Labs Ltd servers.
- Media and contact analysis is intended to run locally on your iPhone using Apple system permissions and frameworks.
- Subscriptions are processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase.
- We use RevenueCat to help validate subscription status and purchase entitlement information.
- Cleaner Hub is a paid subscription product. Where offered, the only introductory trial is a three-day trial before the paid subscription continues.
3. Information processed on your device
With permissions you choose to grant through iOS, Cleaner Hub may access the following information locally on your device so the app can provide its core features:
- Photos and videos: used to identify duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots, large videos, screen recordings, and other review categories.
- Contacts: used to identify duplicate or similar contact entries that you may choose to review and merge.
- Device storage information: used to display storage usage, available space, and related in-app indicators.
This information is processed for app functionality. Cleaner Hub does not maintain a cloud copy of your photo library, videos, screenshots, or contacts.
4. Information we may receive
Although Cleaner Hub is designed around on-device review, we may receive limited information from Apple, RevenueCat, or app distribution systems for the following purposes:
- Subscription and entitlement information: Apple receipt data, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal state, and related entitlement status used to confirm whether you have access to paid features.
- App analytics and diagnostics: aggregated or de-identified information made available by Apple, such as crash logs, device type, iOS version, region, app version, and performance diagnostics if you have chosen to share analytics with developers.
- Support communications: information you choose to send us by email, including your email address, message content, screenshots, and any details you provide for troubleshooting.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and the three-day trial
Cleaner Hub is monetised through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not process your payment card directly and do not receive your full card number, bank account details, or Apple ID payment credentials.
Where presented in the App Store purchase sheet, Cleaner Hub may include a three-day introductory trial. After that three-day trial, the paid subscription renews unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings according to Apple's rules and deadlines.
6. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to:
- provide, operate, and improve Cleaner Hub;
- validate subscriptions and unlock paid features;
- restore purchases and troubleshoot purchase issues;
- respond to support requests you send us;
- monitor app stability, crashes, and performance using aggregated or de-identified diagnostics; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and App Store obligations.
7. Service providers
We use selected service providers to operate Cleaner Hub. These providers process information only for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Apple: App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, subscription billing, refunds, analytics, crash diagnostics, and platform permissions.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement management, receipt validation, purchase restoration, and subscription status infrastructure.
These providers do not receive your full photo library, videos, screenshots, or address book from Cleaner Hub.
8. Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos, videos, screenshots, or contacts with advertisers. We may share limited information where necessary with service providers, where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
9. Data retention
Photos, videos, screenshots, contacts, and storage scan results remain on your device unless you choose to delete app data, uninstall Cleaner Hub, or take an action through iOS. We retain support emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Subscription and transaction records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, and us as needed for purchase validation, accounting, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
10. Security
We design Cleaner Hub to reduce the amount of personal media and contact data that leaves your device. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but limiting server-side collection of your media and contacts is an important part of our security approach.
11. Your choices and controls
- You can grant, limit, or revoke photo and contact permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can delete Cleaner Hub from your device to remove app-local data controlled by the app.
- You can opt out of sharing analytics with app developers through iOS privacy settings.
12. International processing
Apple, RevenueCat, and RKM Labs Ltd may process limited subscription, diagnostic, and support information in countries outside your country of residence, including the United Kingdom, United States, and European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
13. Children
Cleaner Hub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the app, website, or App Store release notes.
